Research Studies with Recommendations and Interventions

Robust well-being and professional fulfillment research studies have been conducted at the national level through the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the National Academy of Medicine (NAM), and the Office of the Surgeon General (OSG) with recommendations to protect and nurture health care workforce well-being, including interventions with examples and studies, while emphasizing the need to respond to hyperlocal physician needs.
