Registration Information

Registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, reception, all scientific sessions and materials, and CME documentation.

Members whose dues were not paid for the current fiscal year will receive the nonmember registration rate.

Meeting Handouts

There will be no meeting handouts.

Cancellations and Refunds

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (fax, mail, or e-mail). Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. Cancellations after 10/25/24 will result in a fee of $50. .
Individuals who fail to attend the course (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund.
