In a statement released this past week ACP said that African-Americans being subjected to discrimination and violence against them because of their race is never acceptable and ACP stands in solidarity with all who are affected. In the statement ACP further called for implementing solutions to discriminatory actions and violence, and called for individuals who commit such acts and others with decision-making authority to be held accountable.
