The deadline to apply to the Kidney Care Choices (KCC) Model is January 22, 2020. CMS announced four voluntary kidney care payment options. This model is designed to help with health care providers to reduce the cost and improve the quality of care for patients with late-stage chronic kidney disease and ESRD.
